Scott serves as the Executive Director of Millennium Park Foundation and is deeply passionate about the value and role of public space. His goal is to create free, open, and culturally representative experiences for people in public spaces of artistic and architectural significance.
Scott believes Millennium Park is the international standard-bearer in this regard, and believes his role with the Foundation is to maintain the uncompromisingly high standards in art, architecture, landscape architecture, and cultural programming that have made the Park an icon. He is extensively published on topics ranging from the evolving roles of public gardens and parks to rare plant species propagation and conservation.
Scott holds a Ph. She is passionate about art, humanities, social sciences, and music and is thrilled to be a steward of Millennium Park. Olivia desires to maintain and uplift Millennium Park as an equitable public space for everyone to experience the arts and enjoy a gorgeous, natural urban space.
Kathryn serves as Head Horticulturist of Lurie Garden and is passionate about the vital role public gardens play in communities.
She aims to prioritize both the beauty and ecological function of Lurie Garden while maintaining a high standard of horticulture. Kathryn previously held positions in horticulture and public programming at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Kristian serves as the Assistant Horticulturist for Lurie Garden. She is passionate about the intersection of art, nature, and public space. The greatest reward of her work is enabling meaningful moments of inspiration, curiosity, connection, and peace among visitors to the garden.

Activities, talks and workshops are geared for families with children, teachers, landscape professionals, and anyone with an interest in native plants and restoration.
